The People tab shows everyone who has access to the portal. It’s a simple directory that helps clients know who they’re working with and how to identify their contacts.
What the People Tab Shows #
The tab is divided into two sections:
Team #
Shows all administrators and any project managers assigned to the portal. This represents your agency side of the relationship.
Each person is shown with:
- Their avatar
- Display name
- Job title (if set on their user profile)
Clients #
Shows the primary client and any sub-clients assigned to the portal.
Each client is shown with:
- Their avatar
- Display name
- Job title (if set on their user profile)
Setting a Job Title #
Job titles can be set on each user’s profile. Admins can edit this in Users → [User Name]. Clients can update their own job title from their profile settings inside the portal.
Notification Mute Indicator #
Admins can see a muted bell icon next to any portal member who has turned off their notifications. This is only visible to administrators — clients do not see it.
Adding or Removing People #
The People tab is read-only for clients. To change who appears on the tab, edit the portal itself:
- To add a project manager: assign them in the portal editor’s Project Managers field
- To add a sub-client: assign them in the portal editor’s Sub-Clients field
- To change the primary client: update the Client field in the portal editor
